Chromatics
In the whirlwind of war, colours ignite,
A vivid kaleidoscope, fierce and bright,
Hues colliding, like comets in flight,
Speeding through chaos, day and night.
Crimson clashes with emerald green,
In the blink of an eye, a world unseen,
Golden flashes amid the ravine,
A symphony of colours, wild and keen.
Indigo shadows dance on the wall,
A dance of darkness, a haunting call,
Violet dreams on the battlefield sprawl,
In this realm of chaos, where soldiers fall.
With each breath, time seems to fade,
A relentless race, a parade,
As colours streak across the glade,
In the speed of war, lives cascade.
But amid the storm, a plea does rise,
A yearning for peace that never dies,
To mend the rifts, to bridge the ties,
In colours, hope and love arise.
In the spoken-word's cadence, we implore,
To paint a world where war is no more,
Where colours blend in harmony's core,
And the speed of love forever soars.
